Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy is valid for 7 days only if the product is defective, damaged or different than ordered. We do not provide returns in any other case since most of the products are bodycon and stretches which are not eligible for reselling after opened and tried on once (i.e. The Charismatic Dress is not eligible for return). If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot give you a refund.


If you find out that the product is defective or is different from the specified order, please notify us via email to hello@bnicolebrand.com within 7 days of receipt. You must state the reason for the return, as well as the order number and product description. Then return the item in its original packaging. After inspection and confirming that the goods are damaged or is different then ordered, we will contact you to provide a store credit, replacement or exchange.

Fair Use:

If we find an unusual pattern when returning an item that does not seem fit (e.g. if the returned item does not match the description or tempered in any way), your account will be deactivated and all related accounts will be deactivated and customer will not be eligible to full refund. Refund (if applicable):

Once the return has been received and inspection has been done, we will send you an email informing you that we have received the returned item. We will also tell you if your refund has been approved or denied. After the return request is confirmed, the return address will be provided through email or any other medium.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed as a store credit only for future use. 

 

Late or missing store credit (if applicable): 

If you haven't received an email yet for your store credit, first check your email again. It may take some time for your return to be officially processed. It often takes time to process the return. If you have done all of this and have not yet received a store credit, please contact us at hello@bnicolebrand.com.

 

Exchange (if applicable):

We provide replacement only if the products delivered are defective, damaged or different than the order placed (i.e wrong size). If you need to exchange for the same product, please email us at hello@bnicolebrand.com.

 

 


WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES IF IT DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS.
